Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have ordered, you may return it within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked!

– No return will be accepted after 60 days from the delivery date.

– Laundered garments and footwear showing visible wear are not returnable unless 

  they are defective.

– Embroidered garments and engraved equipment are not returnable 

– All items must be in their original condition with their original packaging, instruction 

  manuals, warranties, and tags.

– We will refund your money if all the return conditions are met.

– Please note that we do not process exchanges.

– If you require a different size or color, please return the items to us and place an 

  order for the size or color you need.

– Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable. 

– If you received a wrong order (wrong size, wrong color, incomplete order) or you 

  want to return or exchange, we will make it up for you. We will, however, exchange 

  items with no additional shipping/processing charges.

– If a product you’ve purchased from Uniforms Town has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at customerservice@uniformstown.com

– For repair, maintenance, and warranty service that is covered by a manufacturer’s 

  warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

– If an item was ordered as a set, it must be returned as a set.

– Please allow 10 business days to process your return.

 Fill the Form, then we will send a Shipping Form at your e-mail.

 If you receive the shipping form, you must print it and go to the shipping company.
